Next is an independently owned boutique City recruiter with teams of highly experienced and caring consultants delivering a bespoke service that exceeds the expectations of both our clients and candidates. Our consultants have a combined total of over 30 years within the boutique recruitment market and with an average consultant retention service record of over 6 years we effectively build long term partnerships with our clients to deliver consistency and continuity.

We work in partnership and collaboration with Clients to secure them the best talent whilst ensuring that the candidate journey is second to none. We balance the want of our clients and the needs of our candidates in unison.
