We aim to develop honest and loyal long-term relationships with candidates and clients alike. Recommendations make up a large part of our business and we are proud of this. As a ‘thank you’ for referring our agency we give £50 worth of vouchers (of your choice) for all referrals we successfully place in a permanent job following completion of the first 4 weeks in the role.
There is no limit on the number of people that you can recommend or the rewards you can earn.
T’s and C’s
- Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if Next Employment has been in contact with the referred candidate at any time 12 months prior to the referral being made.
- Referral candidates must be placed within 12 months of the referral being made.
- Where more than one person introduces the candidate, we will operate on a first-come, first-served policy.
- Payment will be made when the candidate has completed 4 weeks of employment.
- In the event of any disputed rewards, Next Employment’s decision will be final.
