Key requirements:
·        Familiarity with compliance requirements in the London and Lloyd’s market
·        Ability to communicate effectively with senior managers, underwriters and other staff
·        Experience providing advice and assurance to underwriters and wider business including licensing and sanctions
·        Experience undertaking monitoring activities
·        Reputation for independence and ethical decision-making
·        Experience in Conduct Risk is desirable
